Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 3-5 business days to create our products then you should add shipping times on top of that.

– Orders print and ship Monday-Friday.

– Some items may ship separately.

When will i get my stuff?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Once you placed your order, it will be processed as below:

Production : 3 – 5 business days. It might be increased to 6 – 12 business days or longer during special occasions (Christmas season, New Years, affected by disasters, Pandemic, etc.) and Special products (3D Hoodie, 3D Zip Hoodie, Crocs, Ugly Sweater)

Note: “Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

Follow after the Production time the Shipping Time which is:

– United States: 7-15 business days (It might be increased to 10 – 20 business days or longer during special occasions (Christmas season, New Years, affected by disasters, Pandemic, etc.) and Special products (3D Hoodie, 3D Zip Hoodie, Crocs, Ugly Sweater)

Worldwide: 10-25 business days

Products such as table, bookshelves, etc have different shipping times.

Note: Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the country, the postal package may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.

THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via [email protected] within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to redirect it. Here are some alternate options:

– Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request them to redirect it to an alternate address.
